Pierre king
Pierre has been performing with Stick and Move Dance crew since the summer of 2006. His interest in bboying started after learning about the 5 elements of hip hop and being in love with the culture. Pierre had been doing gymnastics since he was a kid, playing in the park and doing flips off of swings and obstacles, but didn't actually start bboying until he met a high school friend that was skilled in the art. This allowed him to make that transition from an admirer to a participant in the art of bboying. From then on he began to practice on his craft and work to become a recognized bboy in the culture. In addition to working with Stick and Move Dance Crew Pierre has also worked with the Jesse White Tumbling Team and has been a member since May 1996.
Julius Armour
Julius Armour Jr. has been with Stick and Move since it's conception. At first when they were the Point Breakers then the transition to Nightcrawlerz. But his hip-hop journey starts far before that. Born an '80s baby he had no choice but to embrace the culture of hip-hop. As a young tike he was thoroughly introduced to the scene his older siblings and cousins. They watched every b-boy movie there was while trying every move there was. Since the '90s brought in a whole new kind of dancing his style became "ol skool." Soon enough though he entered many dance competitions with his siblings. Showcasing his poppin' style and also lockin' in his repertoire along with his floorworks he kept the culture moving. When he attended Kenwood Academy High School he came in contact with others who shared his same love of the art. Soon they performed in talent shows. People saw their skills and were amazed. In 2000 he graduated from high school but kept with his dance. He as well as others hoped to bring healthy, uplifting fun to the world. So today he is part of that very group. Stick and Move, now joined by a few new members, is the dream of not only his crew. Now everyone in the bonafide hip-hop community shares their love for bettering themselves. 2007 has rolled around and he is ready to take it to another level. Make sure you check him out.
